Eric Jarvis became CEO of KnightBrook Insurance Company in 2008. He began his insurance career as the president of Knight Insurance Company in 1999. Mr. Jarvis graduated cum laude from Pepperdine University School of Law, and received a B.A. in political science from the University of California, San Diego. A former real estate and commercial litigator, Eric is still an active member of the California State Bar. Eric also serves on several insurance company and philanthropic boards, and is a member of the Board of Directors of KnightBrook.
Richard Dillon is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Technology Officer of KnightBrook Insurance Company. He has extensive experience in finance and banking and was the interim CFO of a subsidiary of a HealthNet, a Fortune 200 company. Richard is a Certified Public Accountant, a member of both the AICPA and California Society of CPA’s, and has obtained an MBA and Masters in Technology Management from Pepperdine’s Graziadio School of Business. Richard is a member of the Board of Directors of KnightBrook.
Matt Sherman manages the product and brand development of KnightBrook Insurance Company. He began his career with Venbrook in 2006, focusing on sales and marketing. Matt has over 10 years of product and brand management experience in the medical and technology fields. Matt earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at Northwestern University as well as an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA. Matt is a member of the Board of Directors of KnightBrook.
Irv Keightly manages business and strategic development for KnightBrook Insurance Company. He brings over 40 years of insurance company experience to the company, most recently as President of Northwestern Insurance Company. He was responsible for the automobile profit centers for the Far East (Japan and Korea) and Latin American operations of American International Underwriters, Inc. Irv is a well-respected member of the Property and Casualty Insurers Association of America.
Gordon Pennington joined Knight Insurance Group in May 2011, and is responsible for all aspects of the Claims Operation with Knight. Mr. Pennington has over 15 years of claims management experience. Prior to joining Knight Insurance Group, he held multiple leadership roles within Allstate and Farmers Insurance Companies, with experience in claims, product development and underwriting. He holds a Graduate Degree from California Lutheran University’s School of Business Management. Mr. Pennington also holds a Senior Claims Law Associate designation from the American Education Institute.
